All content, branding, and technology within ScanSafe are owned by Deskio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deskio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ScanSafe. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Deskio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
